-          Invest in WHS training and acknowledge stereotyping and mentor activity.

-          Building a good relationship with workmates and classmate through a mentoring program.

 

Therefore, acknowledging employees and student about workplace bullying to ensure individual knows how to protect their health and safety through reasonable policy and procedures.

Furthermore, Fire and Safety is an importance factor to keep employees and students safe at work and study place. There are some issues that the business should be aware of such as:

-          Providing extinguisher Training: educate the individual on how to use a fire extinguisher correctly for a certain type of fire.

-          Understanding Smoke Alarms: Check and test smoke alarm periodically, ensure people know to make swift response once the smoke alarm goes.
